What We Do

Members are invited and encouraged to share their passions and talents as part of various committees within the group including:

• Community Service Committee— finds outlets for YBL members to collaborate with other organizations and give back to the community through donation of time, needed belongings and other support

• Social Events Committee—plans of all events, including monthly socials, major annual celebrations, fundraising events, as well as other networking opportunities
  

• Professional Development Committee—identifies career growth opportunities through a variety of programs, seminars and workshops, for both members of the YBL but others as well 

• Marketing Committee—promotes all YBL events and activities, as well as the produces marketing and graphic materials

• Membership Committee—reaches out to prospective members and pursues ways to increase YBL members
